Harper’s Bazaar is coming to the Netherlands!!

Dear Frenchonista’s,

After Vogue now also one of the first fashion magazines of all times, Harper’s Bazaar, is coming to the Netherlands. The first edition will come out in September. We are very excited that yet another iconic fashion magazine will be launched in the Netherlands and since we’ve seen the team that’s on it (with Cecile Narinx as editor in Chief), we just know it will be successful.

A few weeks ago there was a wonderful opening with both Harpers Bazaar and the Kahmann Gallery in Amsterdam. The gallery joined forces with the magazine for the exhibition “New York New York” and everyone had an amazing time!

Keep an eye on the racks in September and don’t miss the first edition of our own Harper’s Bazaar!

My Brand Store opened In Amsterdam!!!

Dear Frenchonista’s,

Since June 19 we have a great new My Brand store right in the centre of Amsterdam. Frenchonista was there.

My Brand is Dutch, Cool, Young, Trendy, Daring and Playful. The great thing is that they have a new collection every 6-8 weeks so you’ll be sure to always find the latest fashion in prints. The opening was great, with many VIP guests like actor Ruud Feltkamp, Olympic swimmer Inge de Bruijn and stylist Bastriaan van Schaik.

My Brand has clothes for everyone: Women, children and men. In the new store they also have a new plus size men line so send your big boy over there for guaranteed style in his size!

Go check it out on the corner of Kalverstraat and Heiligeweg, you’ll be sure to find something you like!

L’Occitane – Essential Water and the Immortelle line

Dear Frenchonista’s

We think it’s Essential to always use at least a few L’Occitane products and that’s why you’ll often see L’Occitane updates from us. We just love the brand and, of course, they’re French…
Speaking about Essential, one of their newest ranges has Essential Water (Eau Essentielle) with biological flower water from the Immortelle flower from Corsica. The whole line really makes you look forward to that quiet moment at the end of the day, that moment in which you clean your skin and get it ready for the night.
As you know there’s a L’Occitane shop in Amsterdam on Heiligeweg (I can’t ever walk by without going in, it all looks so nice and smells so good!) so we recommend you to go and try it out!

Diva Iraida: Diva 24×7!!

Dear Frenchonista’s,

Glamorous Fashion Blogger and dear friend of Samia, Iraida Berkhout has designed her own fabulous T-shirt that is now for sale at Cool Cat! We are so proud of her, and Beerje van Beers has already been spotted with it looking gorgeous as ever.
